Kaley Carrow
Program Director
Kaley Carrow serves as the Program Director, bringing a strong background in education and social services to her role. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Education from Pennsylvania Western University of Clarion. Throughout her career, Kaley has been committed to supporting children and families, working extensively within educational settings and community-based services.
Kaley resides in Knox, Pa where she lives with her husband Caleb, and enjoys traveling and being involved in her local community. Her passion for advocacy and community engagement aligns deeply with CASA’s mission to support and uplift children in the court system through dedicated volunteerism and care.
